Job Description

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Key Account Executive to support the Global Sales team across the Pacific region.

Working closely with Key Account Managers and regional sales teams, you will coordinate account activity that strengthens client relationships and grows revenue for our hotels. Your work will include RFPs and contracting, B2B marketing activations, performance reporting, and training for hotel teams.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Support the management and growth of key  corporate accounts, TMC partnership and leisure partners.
  • Coordinate account plans, client engagement and sales initiatives with Key Account Managers and hotel teams
  • Support corporate RFPs, tenders, contracting and rate implementation, ensuring accurate and timely responses

  • Help identify opportunities to grow account share, improve booking channel adoption and increase loyalty attachment.
  • Plan and deliver B2B marketing campaigns and partner activations, and report on their outcomes.
  • Track account performance and prepare insights, presentations and business review materials.
  • Deliver training, workshops and ongoing support to hotel teams and other stakeholders.
  • Work with regional and global teams to deliver commercial projects and resolve account or partner issues.

Qualifications

What we need from you

  • 3+ years' experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or hotel sales.
  • An understanding of corporate travel, hotel sales and distribution. Experience with TMCs, leisure agencies or tour operators is highly regarded.
  • Experience supporting account management, RFPs or commercial projects.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to analyse performance, manage competing deadlines and follow through on details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
