SASMAR is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our vibrant international team. As a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, we specialize in personal care and fertility products like our well-known Conceive Plus brand. Our operations span the globe, providing our innovative products in over 70 countries.

In this crucial role, you will manage and nurture relationships with our key accounts and strategic partners, ultimately driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential in achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Perform market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed performance reports for management.
  • Seek out upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to support overall company objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in key account management or relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer data.
  • Competency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
  • Effective strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
