What will you do?

Equifax A/NZ is undergoing a significant transformation, building a configurable data fabric and multi-cloud strategy to enhance data accessibility and security. As the Knowledge Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that operational processes and knowledge are effectively captured, organized, and disseminated. You will work with multiple teams within the Operations business unit and cross-functional project teams to develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge artifacts, including work instructions, process maps, standard operating procedures, FAQs, and training materials. Your focus will be on accuracy, compliance, simplicity, and user-centricity, supporting operational readiness for the organization's business transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop clear, user-friendly documentation from complex information.

  • Knowledge Organization: Centralize and standardize knowledge repositories for easy access.

  • Information Architecture: Manage and optimize the knowledge structure within Operations.

  • Collaboration: Work with teams to identify knowledge gaps and deliver solutions.

  • Communication: Promote knowledge management best practices and share key information.

  • Intranet Management: Oversee intranet content and support its effective use within Operations

  • Analysis & Improvement: Monitor usage, gather feedback, and enhance knowledge resources.

What experience you need

  • 3 years’ business experience as an effective technical writer, writing knowledge artifacts and operational procedural materials for multiple audiences.

  • Experience in business transformational change projects and understanding their impact on operations.

  • Strong people and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse backgrounds.

  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and research skills to develop innovative solutions and advise on complex issues.

  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.

  • Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Change Management experience.

  • Process Mapping and/or Lean Six Sigma experience

  • Experience in Training & Development.

  • Experience with Google Workplace.

  • Experience with Salesforce.

  • Experience with ServiceNow.

  • Experience working with instructional designers to improve employee learning experiences through digital self paced content.
