Key Responsibilities

  • Manual Review & Validation: You will handle cases that require manual intervention due to discrepancies, failed automated checks, or missing information. This involves a thorough investigation to assess the legitimacy of submitted documents and determine whether it's safe and compliant to approve the client.
  • You will also conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk or complex clients.
  • Record Keeping: you'll maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, verification steps, and manual approvals. This is crucial for internal audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Client Interaction: you will engage with clients directly when additional documentation or clarification is required.
  • Collaboration with Compliance: escalate complex or uncertain cases to Compliance for further review and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in documents.
  • Ability to handle confidential client data with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills when dealing with complex verification cases.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in KYC, AML, client onboarding, or operations is highly regarded.

Success in this Role

  • High accuracy in client verification and decision-making.
  • Efficient turnaround times for cases needing manual review.
  • Proactive collaboration with compliance and other stakeholders.
  • Positive client experience through timely and professional communication.
