  • A strong stakeholder manager – You confidently engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A capability builder – You enjoy mentoring others and helping teams grow capability.
  • Curious and adaptable – You thrive in ambiguity, ask thoughtful questions, and seek opportunities for improvement.
  • A clear communicator – You can translate complex analysis into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related field
  • Experience leading end-to-end analytics initiatives delivering measurable business value
  • Advanced SQL and experience with at least one analytics language (e.g. Python, R)
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau)
  • Experience driving adoption of analytics platforms, standards, or best practices
  • Experience supporting commercial, sales, marketing, or operational functions
