The Opportunity
We are seeking a Lead HR Administrator to join our People & Corporate Services team based in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

Reporting to the People Operations Manager, this role plays a critical part in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality people operations support across the employee lifecycle. Leading a small team, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across HR systems, supporting payroll and compliance processes, and driving continuous improvement across HR administrative workflows.

You will bring a strong attention to detail combined with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Confident in managing stakeholder relationships, you will lead with care and professionalism to deliver a seamless, service-focused employee experience.

Please Note - While our preference is for a full-time permanent hire, we are open to candidates seeking part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding 
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation in line with policies, legislation, and Modern Awards 
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness 
• Support payroll processes through timely and accurate data management 
• Provide responsive support to employees and managers on HR queries, delivering a high standard of customer service 
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, contributing to projects, and balancing project delivery alongside Business as usual (BAU) priorities

Skills, & Qualifications 
• Proven experience (3+ years) in HR Administration with strong exposure to HRIS and payroll systems 
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR administration processes, including contract management 
• Ability to lead or coordinate a small team while effectively managing high-volume workflows and task allocation 
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines 
• Customer-focused with well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach 
• Demonstrated capability to identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
