Designs and maintains digital learning solutions supporting Enterprise Service Management and ServiceNow adoption. Responsibilities include learning needs analysis, eLearning, simulations, instructional videos, quick reference guides, role-based pathways, facilitator guides, train-the-trainer support, UAT and go-live activities, and continuous improvement of learning assets. The role collaborates with SMEs, stakeholders, and project teams to improve capability and business readiness.
Learning Developer (For ESM, ServiceNow)
The ESM Learning Developer
will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality
learning solutions that support the successful adoption of Enterprise Service
Management (ESM) processes and technologies. The role partners with SMEs, Change
Team, project teams, and business stakeholders to develop engaging learning
experiences, training materials, and capability uplift initiatives that drive
user adoption and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Learning Needs
Analysis (LNA) and validate capability gaps.
- Develop eLearning, simulations,
product Videos (with voice over), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), work
instructions, and facilitator guides.
- Design role-based learning
pathways and training plans.
- Support Train-the-Trainer, UAT,
go-live, and post-go-live learning activities.
- Collaborate with business
stakeholders and SMEs to validate learning content.
- Maintain and continuously
improve learning assets and knowledge resources.
Skills &
Experience
- Australian Citizen with the ability
to obtain and maintain required police clearances.
- Mandatory: Experience with SAP Enable Now for
learning content development.
- Experience developing digital
learning solutions for large-scale business transformation programs.
- Strong instructional design and
adult learning knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent stakeholder
engagement, communication, and content development skills.
- Highly Desirable: Experience with Clipchamp,
- Desirable: WalkMe Learning, or
other digital learning and video authoring tools.
- Desirable Knowledge of
ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management processes is highly regarded.
