Our high-performing Customer Success team helps drive continued massive growth year-on-year for an iconic Australian real estate brand. A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented Learning & Enablement Specialist to join our team. 
 
📖 About the role  

The Learning & Enablement Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality client-facing training and implementation support to ensure customers successfully adopt and use the PropertyMe platform. 
 
This role is primarily hands-on and delivery-focused, supporting onboarding, implementation, and ongoing learning through a mix of live training, self-serve content, and in-product guidance. The role contributes to the ongoing improvement of training materials and platforms and supports the rollout of modern, scalable learning solutions, including AI-enabled content and in-app learning tools.  
 
🏢 Responsibilities  

Client Training & Implementation Support 

· Deliver client-facing training sessions (virtual and occasional in-person) to support onboarding and implementation 

· Support Customer Success and Onboarding teams with structured training materials and resources 

· Assist in embedding training into implementation workflows to improve customer confidence and adoption
 
Learning Content & Platform Support 

· Maintain and improve existing training content, including knowledge base articles, videos, and self-serve resources 

· Assist with the ongoing use and optimisation of the LMS and in-product learning tools (e.g. Product Fruits) 

· Support the creation of AI-assisted learning content, including FAQs, walkthroughs, and microlearning modules 

Enablement & Continuous Improvement 

· Conduct basic needs analysis by gathering feedback from customers and internal teams 

· Assist with updating training materials in response to product changes 

· Track training participation and completion rates and report on outcomes 

Compliance & Knowledge Support 

· Support the delivery of compliance-related training (including payments and regulatory content) 

· Ensure training materials remain current and aligned with internal requirements 

 
💭 What you bring 

  • Experience delivering client-facing training, or implementation support in a SaaS or technology environment  
  • A customer-first, hands-on approach focused on driving product adoption  
  • Ability to simplify complex product features into clear, practical learning experiences  
  • Experience creating and improving training materials and self-serve learning content  
  • Comfort using modern learning tools, with interest in scalable and in-app learning solutions  
  • Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset  
  • Real estate or property management experience (highly regarded)
