Job Description

  • A dynamic, fast-paced role within Endeavour’s Legal, Risk, and Compliance team

  • Work closely with legal and business stakeholders, managing administrative support functions

As a Legal Administrator, you will provide valuable support to Endeavour’s Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Company Secretariat teams, managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly. 

You’ll play a key role in fostering positive, collaborative relationships with our legal and business partners, enabling proactive, pragmatic assistance that supports our mission of creating a more sociable future together.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Monitoring and triaging Endeavour’s legal inbox
  • Assisting with contract administration, including execution and storage
  • Coordinating diaries and arranging meetings for the leadership team
  • Booking travel for the leadership team 
  • Taking meeting notes
  • Managing legal matters in our system, Xakia, and overseeing invoice and purchase order administration in Coupa
  • Supporting vendor onboarding and assisting with event management
  • Contributing to team capacity by onboarding/offboarding team members
  • Assisting with collation of documentation in response to subpoenas (with lawyer supervision)
  • Working with the team to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology where possible.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role within a law firm, in-house legal team, or other professional services environment
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
  • Intermediate to advanced tech literacy across Microsoft or Google Suite, and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
