Responsibilities

  • Assist with research and drafting tasks to support content updates and improvements

  • Contribute to content uplift activities, including formatting, plain‑English edits and metadata updates

  • Support quality reviews, documentation, record‑keeping and workflow compliance

  • Help manage day‑to‑day operational tasks across multiple content modules or jurisdictions

  • Work closely with content managers and editorial teams, providing progress updates and support as required

Requirements

  • University law degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong legal research, drafting and editorial skills

  • Experience in publishing, editorial, regulatory or legal content environments (preferred)

  • High attention to detail with strong planning and organisational skills

  • Confidence working with MS Word and Excel

  • Comfortable working with digital content systems and evolving tools

  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities

This role is well suited to candidates at an early stage of their legal or editorial career, including paralegals and law graduates seeking to build hands‑on experience in regulatory content.
