- Manage invoices and budgets, and work with finance and external firms
- Assist in maintaining legal team systems, templates, and procedures
- Support our General Counsel with diary management and day-to-day tasks
About you
- You have proven experience as a legal administrator, team assistant, or executive assistant
- You're an organiser with high attention to detail and are great at juggling multiple priorities
- You’re confident with numbers and have handled invoices and budgets before
- You’re a confident communicator who can build relationships with people all across the business
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and document systems
- Bonus if you’ve worked in-house at a tech company or have commercial law experience
