About The Role:
As a Graduate Analyst, over a period of 12 months you’ll rotate through our Operations, Product, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Marketing, and Technology teams, gaining hands-on experience across diverse business functions. This rotation program is designed to give you a well-rounded foundation, helping you explore different career paths within Lonsec and discover where your skills and interests can thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Provide admin and project support across multiple teams
- Assist with documents, reporting, and data management
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and internal communications
- Support compliance, marketing, and strategic product initiatives
- Maintain records, participate in projects, and carry out other duties
About You:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience in administrative or support roles through internships, part-time work, or university projects
- Exposure to professional environments with cross-functional collaboration
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt across various business functions
