  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influence – You can build trusted relationships and drive alignment across senior, cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Product, Data Science and Finance, across local, regional and global teams.
  • Strong commercial and marketplace acumen – You understand how operational, customer and financial outcomes interact and can make thoughtful trade-offs across reliability, growth, cost and experience.
  • End-to-end program leadership – You have demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, managing dependencies, risks and competing priorities to deliver outcomes at scale.
  • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes – You can move comfortably between setting strategic direction and getting into the operational detail required to solve problems and drive execution.
  • Logistics or marketplace experience is advantageous – Experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, marketplaces or similarly complex operational environments is a plus, but not required.
