Lead the development of UniForum reports, studies and Nous Data Insights projects. Consult with clients directly throughout the data collection and report development cycle and lead best practice roundtables along with contributing to the facilitation of key client events in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). You will contribute significantly to the development of Nous Data Insights intellectual property and have an active role the generation of new business.
As a Manager, you will also play an active role in coaching and developing team members and providing input to help inform Nous Data Insights business strategy.

As a Manager, you will:
- Design, deliver and oversee analysis supporting Nous Data Insights activities for ANZ clients and generate insight
- Lead and monitor development of client reports including university executive briefings, regional reviews, best practice roundtables and steering committees
- Lead the delivery and facilitation of client presentations, workshops and events
- Lead the development of best practice case studies that generate insight for clients
- Coach and develop team members to enable performance excellence, identify team goals and track progress
- Identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of the Nous Data Insights business
- Develop specialist expertise within areas of Nous Data Insights IP and business processes and contribute to the development of new knowledge that supports the regional and global business
- Manage individual client relationships by building productive relationships, including with Program Managers, Functional Owners and Academic Stakeholders
- Actively support the development of new business.
A bit about you:
- Strong academic background, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Economics, Finance or similar
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Relationship builder, with proven experience developing teams, and contributing to new and/or existing client development opportunities. Delivering outstanding service
- Experience in corporate services transformations, service improvement programs, back-office process and operating model redesign
- Proficient with using business intelligence tools and data analysis to test hypotheses and identify data quality issues and unexpected changes
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and experience in project management
- Experience with complex data collections (preferred).
