    Job Description

    The Deal Advisory Tax team is a market leading, dynamic, fun team that works on the most significant transactions in the Australian market. Our clients cover the breadth of the market, including Real Estate, Private Equity and Infrastructure. Be prepared to work on projects that make the front page of the news! 

    Your Opportunity

    We are looking for a Manager with an interest in Real Estate to join the team – someone with experience with corporate clients, and the drive to join an energetic team. 

    You will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across our national practice. You will use your qualifications and experience to work on matters that will include: 

    • Structuring, with a particular focus on inbound investment structures, taxation of trusts / Managed Investment Trusts
    • Tax due diligence and transaction document review 
    • Assist clients with their tax compliance, including preparing and/or reviewing of trust and company tax returns 
    • Research and analyse technical tax issues  
    • Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence 
    • Support with business development initiatives and proposals 
    • Mentor, develop and lead teams
