Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the EUC strategy, ensuring secure, modern, and scalable workplace technology across endpoints, collaboration tools, and identity services
- Define and execute the EUC roadmap, including device refresh programs, platform enhancements, and lifecycle management
- Operate as a hands-on leader in a lean team, directly contributing to engineering, configuration, and platform delivery across EUC technologies
- Set and enforce technology standards, secure configurations, and compliance across all EUC platforms
- Monitor performance, improve user experience, and drive automation and optimization initiatives
- Manage EUC projects, vendors, and budgets, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with security and business requirements
- Lead and develop the Digital Workspace team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline; Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure/Entra, Endpoint Management, SharePoint) preferred; ITIL a plus
- Over 10 years’ experience in IT infrastructure or EUC, including 5+ years in a managerial or team-leading capacity
- Experience delivering endpoint modernisation and Microsoft platform initiatives in regulated or critical environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Windows 10/11, and endpoint/security management tools & device compliance policies
- Vendor and commercial management across EUC, including contract negotiation, licensing strategies (particularly Microsoft), accountability for cost optimisation, value realisation, and measurable efficiency gains across the environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
