Manager of Investor Services (Transfer Agency)
Singapore
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Some of the things you'll be doing:
  • Oversee and review TA dealing activities including capital calls, distributions, transfer, subscriptions, redemptions, switches.
  • Review and approve payments and settlements
  • Maintains and updates investor register and static data in system
  • Prepares and issues investor statements, contract notes and manages distributions/dividends
  • Act as key contact with investors and clients on routine transaction matters and enquiries
  • Ensures strict compliance with CSC internal procedures and guidelines as well as the regulatory requirements
  • Coach and supervise junior team members on performance and career development plan
  • Collaborates with other teams to understand client needs and provide solutions
  • Participates in ad hoc projects assigned by your supervisor

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
  • Degree holder in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years investor services experience
  • With Transfer Agency background is required; with Know Your Customer ("KYC")/AML and FATCA/CRS exposure is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and multi-tasking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English. Conversational Mandarin is preferred.
  • Independent, multi-tasking, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated
  • Able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
