As the Manager, Qantas Business Rewards Sales Planning, you'll play a key role in shaping customer engagement and commercial growth strategies across one of Australia's largest SME loyalty programs. Working across Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Revenue Management and Digital teams, you'll use customer insights, campaign planning and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimise customer engagement and deliver measurable revenue outcomes that support the ongoing success of the Qantas Business Rewards program. You'll own the customer engagement and campaign calendar, identifying the right offers, incentives and growth opportunities to drive customer activation, retention and revenue performance.

You’ll develop and execute targeted sales campaigns, drive customer targeting and segmentation strategies, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. You'll also build and enhance planning frameworks, reporting capabilities and ways of working, influencing cross-functional teams to deliver commercial outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

You'll have:

  • 8+ years' experience in commercial planning, sales operations, business intelligence, insights, customer analytics or a related commercial role.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating large datasets into commercial insights and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities and influence performance.
  • Experience developing customer targeting, segmentation and engagement strategies that drive commercial outcomes.
  • Experience leading customer engagement, CRM, sales or marketing campaigns from strategy
  • Experience delivering performance reporting and influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement, process optimisation and new ways of working to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.
  • Previous leadership, coaching or mentoring experience.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities with demonstrated experience using Excel, Cognos or CRM platforms.
