We are looking for expert sales leaders who loves mentoring their people, working to grow a team, with a strategic mind to tackling goals- to join our Sales Development team.

Our Sales and Business Development team truly are the fuel to our revenue engine! Sourcing new opportunities across white-space accounts, through a combination of inbound leads and strategic research and outreach, before being moved through the sales process.

As a Manager, your team is made up of 10+ inbound, or, outbound Individual Contributors (IC's), at varying levels of their sales and professional career; spanning from graduates to people making a career pivot or seasoned sales development professionals.

Your focus will be strengthening the team's skills and capabilities, with the view to promotion, while driving revenue opportunities across a variety of industry and territories. Flexibility will be key, ensuring your team's efforts best support your partners adapting business needs, and adjusting course when needed.

Internal partnerships will be a catalyst to success. Being closely aligned with sales, marketing,  strategy, and leadership, with particular focus on your sales leaders teams as you build and implement corporate sales game-plan.

Additionally, Data will be at the heart of everything you do. Forecasting, reporting, managing team focus and trajectory to build a robust pipeline for our Sales Teams to tackle, and fully realise.
