RSM is expanding on the Central Coast, and we’re looking for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. We are seeking someone who is excited by growth, leadership, and long‑term opportunity within a firm.

Based in Gosford, this role offers the best of both worlds: meaningful, challenging client work backed by the strength of a national firm and a lifestyle location that places you close to beaches, waterways and a strong local business community.

As a Business Advisory Manager, you’ll work closely with Partners and a high‑performing team to deliver practical, commercial outcomes for a diverse client base. You’ll take ownership of client engagements while also playing a key role in team leadership and development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and reviewing financial statements and work papers
  • Advising clients on complex accounting, tax and commercial matters
  • Identifying opportunities to add value to clients’ businesses
  • Delivering complex tax planning and compliance services
  • Managing workflow, budgets and engagement delivery
  • Building strong, long‑term client relationships
  • Coaching, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members
  • Contributing to the ongoing growth and capability of the Business Advisory team

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is not only technically strong, but also motivated by leadership, growth and connection.

You will bring:

  • A Business or Commerce degree with an Accounting major
  • CA or equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years’ experience within Professional Services
  • Previous experience managing and developing staff
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous professional development
  • Business development exposure and a genuine interest in growing client relationships will be highly regarded.
