Job Description

At CHEP, we help move essential goods, reduce waste and make supply chains more resilient and sustainable. As part of Brambles, we operate at global scale — but it’s the decisions our people make every day that create real-world impact.

We’re now looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition – Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end hiring strategy for our Supply Chain workforce across Australia.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape how we attract, assess and hire talent across executive, professional and frontline roles — while building a future-ready, inclusive workforce that underpins business performance. As part of a global HR function, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to global best practice through HR programs of work

Your impact in this role

You’ll be a trusted partner to Supply Chain and HR leaders, owning the Talent Acquisition strategy and translating workforce plans into scalable, high-quality hiring outcomes. This is an opportunity to build the function embedding automation and building best practice maturity for hiring across our network.

What you'll expect:

  • Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, guiding a small team of talent professionals across the Supply Chain function, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on talent risk, succession, internal mobility and workforce sustainability.

  • Embed DEI, EVP activation and workforce planning into hiring strategies to create sustainable pipelines.

  • Drive operational excellence, governance and compliance across high-volume, professional and executive hiring.

  • Leverage Workday ATS, AI-enabled tools and talent analytics to improve speed, quality and candidate experience, moving from manual to automated discipline across our sites.

  • Contributing to the AMETA TA Leadership Team, sharing insights and shaping regional and global TA capability.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition in an operations frontline environment, ideally supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, industrial or similar.

  • Strong capability translating business strategy into scalable, agile hiring models and influencing leader mindset within an established business to embed change.

  • Experience leading recruitment transformation, including ATS optimisation, AI tools and automation, through demonstrated curiosity and root cause problem solving.

  • A track record of EVP activation, campaign hiring and DEI-led approaches in competitive labour markets.

  • Confidence operating as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in complex, fast-paced environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to build engaged, resilient TA teams.

Why join CHEP / Brambles

  • Be part of a global organisation with real-world purpose.

  • Work in a culture grounded in trust, accountability and inclusion.

  • Access strong career development and internal mobility opportunities.

  • Shape strategic outcomes while staying close to delivery and impact.
