Manager - Transfer Agency

Location: Sydney

About the role:

Manager Transfer Agency, Australia is responsible for the day-to-day efficient management of both onshore and offshore operations teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the operations teams

  • Support the Senior Manager, Transfer Agency in implementing best practice target operating model

  • Mentor and support Team Leaders and Transfer Agency Operations staff to ensure performance excellence

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Transfer Agency to ensure appropriate people, processes, and procedures are in place to meet client expectations and drive efficiency

  • Conduct performance reviews, develop team members, and contribute to staff retention strategies

  • Support the effective allocation of clients and deliverables across the Transfer Agency Operations teams

  • Partner with CRM team to ensure smooth and professional client relationship management

  • Assist in the successful onboarding of new clients and seamless transition of work

  • Lead transition meetings with CRM team

  • Oversee the performance and service delivery of offshore partners

  • Contribute to the delivery and execution of operational projects in partnership with the Senior Manager, Transfer Agency

  • Review and approve Incident Reporting

  • First level escalating for Client enquiries

Skills Required:

  • Tertiary qualified in Business / Commerce / Finance discipline

  • Experience with offshoring processes and transformation

  • 5+ years’ operational experience in unit registry

  • Previous experience of managing teams

  • Experience in managing client relationships and deliverables
