ERM is seeking a capable and talented climate change advisory consultant to join our team to deliver exceptional services to our clients in Australia.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing climate disclosure (AASB S2), climate change risk assessment and carbon accounting engagements.

We are rapidly growing our capability and capacity to advise clients globally in climate change advisory. You will not only be part of a dynamic team in Australia but will help drive the practice globally through our network of climate change and sustainability practitioners worldwide who share experience, knowledge, and best practice.

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

  • Experience, at least 3-5 years, working with the quantitative aspects of sustainability (e.g. climate risk assessment, carbon accounting, Lifecycle assessment, or similar).

  • Experience with project mobilisation, management and delivery.

  • Consulting experience is essential (hands on experience with large companies preferred).

  • Outstanding personal communication and writing skills.

  • Problem solving, issues management, analysis, networking & business development.

  • Motivation and drive to achieve and deliver outcomes.

  • Eagerness to work in a collaborative and client service focused business.

  • Enthusiasm, energy and a desire to invest in and pursue diverse opportunities.
