Job Description

Traveloka is looking for a Market Coordinator Lead to coordinate efforts in enriching our diverse and competitive inventory for Traveloka Accommodation.

As a Market Coordinator based in Australia, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the supply health and growth in key markets across the country by supporting acquisition and maintenance high quality portfolio of relevant, attractive, and competitive products. Ultimately, Market Coordinator team ensures that Traveloka customers are able to travel their way around the globe staying at the most suitable property, enjoy the convenience of varying transportation offerings and experience fulfilling activities while allowing our partners expand their outreach to our diverse customer demands.

Job Description:

  • Be responsible to set up the hotel to Go Live on Traveloka.com, TERA Extranet training for new hotels, manage hotel content, handle technical issues experienced by hotels.

  • Assist Australia-based Market Managers in completing the acquisition process to ensure the hotel data has been completely collected and uploaded

  • Ensure that partner hotels' products (content, rates and availability) are consistently optimized.

  • Understand the industry and its developments – must have clear and engaging communication skill, have attention to detail, adaptive to new situation, have willingness to learn, independent and have ownership.

  • Provide guidance to the hotels to enter information into extranet to completion and go live in Traveloka system

  • Handles and assist hotel’s partner’s enquiries

  • Liaise with internal departments to fulfill supply operation requirements

  • Secure seasonal deals and promotions within guidelines set by management to support brands' merchandising and marketing efforts.

  • Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers' pressing needs

Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0.

  • 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, customer success and partner support. Experience in hospitality, travel or technology industry is a preferable. 

  • Proven follow up/persistence when facing challenging situations

  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, with a proven track record to execute in ambiguous environments.

  • Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details

  • Relationship builder; earn the confidence of others

  • Bridges and sustains solid partnerships based on mutual supports

  • Presents ideas and directives clearly and persuasively; active listen when spoken/presented to.

  • Ability to effectively communicate to various levels and through a variety of communication channels

  • A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, and synthesize learnings into strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts. 

  • Passionate about travels and making travels convenient for all diverse interests
