The Marketing and Brand Specialist will manage recruitment marketing campaigns, create engaging content, collaborate with teams, and develop brand presence.
We seek a Marketing and Brand Specialist with a blend of marketing, recruitment, creative, and project management skills. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously to support our recruitment efforts and strengthen our brand presence. Communication excellence and effective collaboration with various teams are crucial attributes for this role. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with global marketing, recruitment, and HR teams. You'll play a key role in connecting regional needs with global initiatives, ensuring alignment across the business and delivering campaigns that support our hiring goals.

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Translating recruitment targets and business requirements into compelling marketing campaigns to attract and engage top-tier candidates.
- Collaborating closely with recruiters to expand candidate pipelines and generate quality leads through online and onsite activations, and nurturing those leads through to application.
- Creating and delivering marketing materials for campus recruitment initiatives, including content, brochures, booths, giveaways, and other relevant collateral.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pool through targeted direct email marketing campaigns.
- Managing photography and film shoots by coordinating vendor selection, sourcing engaging employee stories, and reviewing scripts and storyboards.
- Developing captivating storytelling content that effectively highlights IMC's culture and employer brand.
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of branded merchandise-from concept and design through production-ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with global marketing teams on international initiatives, including external partnerships and participation in events such as gaming and chess competitions, trading challenges, and hackathons.
- Proactively exploring new marketing opportunities and contributing to broader recruitment and brand initiatives across the business.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree - preferably in marketing or related.
- A marketing creative with 5+ years of experience and a sharp eye for detail, capable of delivering impactful employer branding projects.
- Strong communication and creative production skills. You'll promote IMC as an employer of choice through brand campaigns, campus campaigns, and social media.
- Experience building out CRM journeys, including mapping the candidate lifecycle and identifying key engagement opportunities.
- Exposure to managing events - online, offline, internal, and external.
- Proven ability to create compelling content for social media channels, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Hands-on digital marketing experience across community management, CMS, and campaign execution - from either a brand or agency side.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and campaigns in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Skilled at partnering with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations, and communicating effectively.
