The Day to Day
As Marketing Assistant, no two days are identical. Your mission is to provide seamless support to the team while ensuring our brand remains gold-standard across the country. Usual duties and responsibilities may include:
- Network Support: Act as a key point of contact for the Ray White network, assisting with brand queries, campaign assets, and compliance over phone and email
- Creative Assets: Support the team in brainstorming and updating marketing collateral (activations, video, flyers, social assets, digital banners)
- Brand Governance: Review and approve artwork from suppliers and the network to ensure brand consistency
- Campaign Coordination: Provide end-to-end support for national brand campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Digital Maintenance: Keep the company intranet (The Whiteboard) updated with fresh content and resources
- Team Operations: Manage essential administrative tasks, including travel bookings, and expense reconciliation for the marketing leadership team
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Lean into various projects across the residential, rural, and commercial sectors as required
