Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised & passionate individual to own the booking and travel for our Events team here at Stryker!

As a Marketing Associate - Travel at Stryker, you’ll coordinate the travel and administration behind conferences, meetings, courses and events for Healthcare Professionals, helping create a seamless experience from booking through to arrival.

This is an opportunity to combine organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder service in a fast-moving environment where accuracy, responsiveness and attention to detail genuinely matter.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals, including flights, accommodation and transfers, while meeting applicable compliance requirements.
  • Manage multiple bookings, deadlines and traveller enquiries at once, responding to changes quickly and escalating time-sensitive risks when required.
  • Own scheduling, follow-ups and communication with Stryker’s travel agency, coordinating issues through to resolution and supporting consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate purchase orders, expenses, itineraries, event timelines, checklists and budgets, completing appropriate quality checks throughout the process.
  • Communicate clear and timely updates to Healthcare Professionals, Event Managers, internal stakeholders, suppliers and travel partners across phone, email and digital channels.
  • Build event registration sites, surveys and attendee communications using Cvent.
  • Coordinate event calendars, supplier and venue information, facility contracts and monthly event reporting, identifying opportunities to improve recurring processes.
  • Support larger events and broader team projects, adapting to changing priorities and providing additional coordination during peak event periods.

Who you are

  • You’re a meticulous organiser who enjoys keeping multiple moving parts on track and ensuring the details are right.
  • You stay calm when plans change, working through competing priorities and time-sensitive requests with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments and use your judgement to identify when an issue needs to be escalated.
  • You’re service-minded, keeping people informed and building confidence through clear, timely and helpful communication.
  • You understand that accuracy, documentation and compliance matter, particularly when coordinating activities involving Healthcare Professionals.
  • You’re adaptable and enjoy learning new systems and processes, while stepping in to support the wider team during busy event periods.

What you’ll need

Required

  • Experience in travel coordination, event administration, executive support, customer operations, logistics, administration or another detail-focused coordination role.

Preferred

  • Experience coordinating corporate travel and/or supporting events, conferences, meetings or professional education programs, including flights, accommodation and transfers.
  • Experience coordinating external suppliers, agencies, venues or service providers.
  • Experience using Cvent or another event management platform.
