What you’ll do:

  • Own and optimise the broker email marketing channel, leveraging best practices and data-driven marketing to create high-impact campaigns, automations, and customer journeys.
  • Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to ensure personalised and relevant communication for different broker segments across different online channels.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse email marketing campaigns, using A/B testing, automation, and performance insights to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the relevant teams to ensure proper integrations, reporting, and access to insights that drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and alignment of strategies.
  • Support broker product marketing efforts by developing sales enablement materials, presentations, FAQs, and product collateral.
  • Contribute to content and brand initiatives, ensuring consistency across website email, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in organising and executing broker engagement initiatives, including webinars, events, activations, research and promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvements.

What you’ll need

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B, fintech, or product - focused business.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, with hands-on experience using Customer.io (or similar platforms) for campaign automation and audience segmentation.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience working with CRM platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Zoho CRM), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Passion for technology and data, with a proactive approach to optimising email marketing strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Data and Technology, to ensure seamless integrations and accurate reporting.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging marketing content.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and email optimisation techniques to enhance campaign performance.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Basic design skills (Adobe, Canva) are a plus; HTML knowledge is highly regarded.
  • A confident and proactive communicator, eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must be based in Australia and will need to have full working rights. No sponsorship available.
