Are you a creative and ambitious marketing graduate looking to kick-start your career? We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist! This hands-on role will immerse you in the world of digital marketing design, spanning both traditional and social media platforms. You’ll play a key role in crafting engaging content, executing campaigns, and bringing our brands to life. Beyond design, you'll also have the opportunity to support the leadership team in shaping the overall marketing strategy and direction. This will be a full time, 12-month maximum term contract position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in the development of high-quality content for distribution via website, social media (LinkedIn), email campaigns, other marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Provide support with branding, events and communications activities from briefing, planning, development and implementation through to evaluation.
  • Draft reports, create and coordinate content, track results, build relationships and support all marketing strategies whilst incorporating the latest trends.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and communication plans to deliver on company messaging and key content themes in line with overall business strategy.
  • Support in the monitoring of campaigns, including the production of monthly reporting, engagement and production of campaign closure reports.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Client Service & Risk to ensure marketing activities are aligned to internal customer needs and priorities.

ABOUT YOU

  • In progress or completed bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field desirable.
  • Experience in a similar marketing role will be highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Canva, Wrike, Vision 6, Google Analytics), relevant programs, and Microsoft Office
  • Collaborative attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
