Job Description
Bring our brand to life through creative storytelling and impactful design.
As part of TAL’s in-house Content Team, you’ll play a key role in crafting visually engaging and strategically aligned designs that connect with our audience and inspire action. From print and digital campaigns to social media, presentations, video and more, you’ll deliver creative that communicates with clarity and purpose.
Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll help simplify complex life insurance concepts into content that educates, empowers and supports our customers, members and partners. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, with strong skills across both print and digital design, and a mindset rooted in creativity, collaboration and design thinking.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and copywriters to understand briefs, brainstorm ideas, and develop strategic design solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design and produce visually compelling content across print and digital channels, including PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Code responsive HTML emails and support SEO- and CX-optimised web design in partnership with internal teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting design styles by brand and channel while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Review and refine design work based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the production process.
Qualifications
- Qualifications in Graphic Design with strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, showcasing both creative and technical expertise.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across print and digital media.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with the ability to produce high-quality, on-brand visual content across multiple platforms.
- Experience designing for print, web, and digital channels, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
