Working alongside our international team of passionate high achievers, you’ll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. With more than 800 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here.

Meet the Global Marketing Team

With the rise of AI and changes in consumer's software needs, this new and growing team is shaping and executing our global marketing strategy to reflect the evolution of our product offering. We're disrupting the way value is delivered in the legal community, and this needs a significant shift in how we drive LEAP's brand awareness, recognition and AI product adoption. Led by the Head of Global Marketing, this team works closely with global marketing teams to drive the visibility and growth of our industry-leading legal productivity software. Based at our Sydney Head Office, this is the team that sets the global standard for how we position LEAP in the market, providing the backbone of global campaigns and messaging that each region can leverage.

What you'll do

You'll join a growing team as the first Content Writer in our next generation Global Marketing function, helping shape the future of the LEAP brand and how we are perceived in the global market. You'll create and maintain engaging content for various marketing channels, whilst collaborating with global teams, driving data-driven decisions, and aligning content with industry trends and business goals.

To make this happen, you will:

  • Create engaging content for a range of marketing channels such as such as EDMs, long-form content, newsletter, blog, eBooks, videos (scripting), social media, whitepapers, infographics, event collateral, press releases and website content
  • Work with other channel experts in the marketing teams globally and other business units to amplify each content piece’s reach and performance
  • Review performance of existing content to assist in delivering successful future projects
  • Present data-driven campaigns and ROI insights, challenges and ideas to the marketing team resulting in informed decisions
  • Maintain existing marketing collateral by updating content to align with global messaging, product updates, business goals and industry trends where necessary
  • Write compelling brand and new product narratives
  • Competent in marketing automation software to implement targeted messaging, resulting in impressive open rates, click-through rates and increased usage of new product features. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
  • Keep abreast of industry news and product benefits.

What you'll bring

Apart from your proven experience in B2B copywriting and content creation, you will bring:

  • Experience writing content for multiple global regions and working with global stakeholders
  • Experience building partnerships – identifying opportunities and taking action to build strategic relationships between areas, teams, departments, units, or organisations to achieve business goals.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketing Cloud (or similar).
  • Experience in professional services or the legal sector would be helpful, but it is not essential.

You are the type of person who

  • Is customer focused – ensuring that the customer perspective drives business decisions and activities.
  • Has a balance of creativity with analytical thinking to develop innovative, data-driven content strategies.
  • Has clear communication – conveying information and ideas through various media to engage the audience and ensure they understand and retain the message.
  • Has a drive for results – setting high goals for personal and group accomplishment; using measurement methods to monitor progress toward goals; working tenaciously to meet or exceed goals while deriving satisfaction from achievement and continuous improvement

LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential. If you meet some, but not all the requirements above, we encourage you to still submit your application.

Why join LEAP?

  • Your work matters. Helping lawyers help people sits at the heart of everything we do. We solve real world problems that improve and support local, everyday law firms. So they can do their best work for the people in the communities they serve.

  • Grow your career with us. Our founder Christian Beck has been building legal tech businesses for over 30 years. There are opportunities galore to expand your career based on where your interests lie.
