What this opportunity involves: 

 

Are you a creative, results-driven events professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? JLL is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our National Marketing and Customer Experience team, where you'll play a pivotal role in bringing brands to life through compelling events and activations.

 

As Marketing Coordinator – Events and Activations, you'll be at the heart of planning and executing high-impact onsite events and activations across diverse property portfolios managed by JLL. From initial concept through to post campaign reporting, you'll manage every detail to create memorable experiences that strengthen our clients' brands and engage their communities.

 

 

An overview of the role:  

·       Plan and Execute: Conduct needs analysis with clients, design innovative activation concepts, and manage the entire delivery process from concept to completion

·       Deliver Excellence: Oversee onsite setup and delivery by supply partners, manage timelines, suppliers, and stakeholder approvals to ensure seamless execution

·       Champion the Customer: Lead with a strong customer focus and be an advocate for exceptional experiences in all your work

·       Drive Innovation: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our approach and identify opportunities for scalable 'Event in a Box' solutions

·       Measure Success: Track activation performance and present strategic recommendations with actionable post-campaign learnings

 

 

Sound like you?This is what we’re looking for: 

·       Minimum 2 years' experience planning and managing events and activations in high-traffic locations

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset

·       Strong organisational and project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent events

·       Proficiency in budgeting, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not essential)

·       Creativity, adaptability, and superior attention to detail

·       Strong negotiation skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure
