Perpetual Wealth is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing activity across our national Wealth business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging marketing professional who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring marketing campaigns, events and communications are delivered seamlessly. Working closely with the Wealth Marketing team, you will play a key role in supporting campaigns, client events, digital activity and business development initiatives that help strengthen the Perpetual Wealth brand and enhance client engagement.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, you will support the broader Perpetual Wealth Marketing team to coordinate and execute a broad range of marketing activities across our Wealth business. This role combines campaign coordination, event management, marketing operations and stakeholder engagement to ensure activity is delivered on time, on brand and in accordance with compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives across Perpetual Wealth.

  • Support the planning and execution of client, adviser, intermediary and internal events.

  • Prepare, test and deploy email communications including invitations, newsletters, client updates and event communications.

  • Maintain campaign schedules, marketing calendars, activity trackers and reporting dashboards.

  • Coordinate marketing collateral, presentations, proposal materials and promotional items.

  • Support website, social media and digital content updates.

  • Assist with campaign, event and email reporting, providing insights to support future activity.

  • Manage approvals and compliance processes, ensuring marketing materials are reviewed and documented appropriately.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across investments, business development, advice, product, legal, compliance and operations teams.

  • Coordinate external suppliers including agencies, designers, printers, venues and event providers.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across marketing operations and processes.  

About you

You are an organised and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and bringing multiple projects together successfully.

You will bring:

  • 1–3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, events or coordination role.

  • Experience coordinating campaigns, events, email communications and marketing administration.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent written communication, proofreading and attention-to-detail capabilities.

  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong administration and process management skills.

  • An interest in marketing, communications, events and the financial services sector.

  • Working knowledge of marketing channels including email marketing, events, digital content, social media and campaign reporting.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email marketing platforms and collaboration tools.  

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline preferred.
