About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across Crown Melbourne.

This role is ideal for an organised and proactive marketing professional looking to build their career in a fast-paced and high-profile environment. You’ll support the coordination and execution of campaigns, promotions, offers and events across hospitality, gaming and broader property marketing, while working closely with internal stakeholders and creative teams to ensure activity is delivered accurately, on time and in line with brand and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, offers and events across Crown Melbourne

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing plans, creative briefs and campaign documentation

  • Maintain the marketing activity calendar, ensuring all campaigns and timelines are accurately tracked

  • Coordinate campaign setup, including point-of-sale materials, internal communications and promotional logistics

  • Draft written campaign communications and assist in briefing relevant teams on upcoming activity

  • Work with internal stakeholders, creative teams, digital, media and social teams to support campaign rollout

  • Support legal and compliance processes, including terms and conditions, approvals and promotional checklists

  • Raise and receipt campaign expenses, track promotional spend, and assist with budget reconciliation

  • Collect and organise campaign data and feedback to support reporting and future optimisation

What you’ll bring

You’re someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has strong attention to detail. You’re eager to learn, contribute ideas, and build your career in a dynamic marketing team.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Previous marketing experience or a relevant internship in a similar environment

  • Exposure to marketing within an agency environment or industries such as hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or gaming will be highly regarded

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

  • The confidence and capability to manage marketing projects end-to-end, with guidance where needed

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and cross-functional teams

  • A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and develop

  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm to contribute to team culture and continuous improvement

  • A degree qualification in Marketing or a related discipline (preferred)
