ALSO is looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting campaigns, activations, and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-obsessed, and enjoys working cross-functionally to bring marketing initiatives to life.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and track marketing projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Maintain project timelines, calendars, and status trackers to keep the team aligned and organized.

  • Partner with creative, product, retail, ecomm, and sales teams to gather assets and ensure consistency across channels.

  • Manage logistics for marketing campaigns, activations, events, and product launches.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and channel partners.

  • Support campaign reporting, including project updates, recaps, and post-mortems.

  • Assist with budgets, invoices, vendor contracts, and procurement of marketing materials.

What You Will Bring

  • 2–4 years of marketing or project coordination experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with sharp attention to detail.

  • Experience collaborating closely with creative teams and navigating the creative process (briefs, reviews, approvals, asset delivery).

  • Working knowledge of brand and design principles, with the ability to spot inconsistencies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders with clarity.

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Airtable, Slack, G-Suite, or similar).

  • A proactive, adaptable, and resourceful mindset—comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.


The estimated annual compensation for this position ranges from $87,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
