Job DescriptionReporting to the NSW Marketing Activations Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and supporting the execution of day-to-day marketing and brand activities for TOMRA’s return point network of Reverse Vending Machines and Depots across NSW.
Hybrid role- Min 3 days from our modern office based in St Leonards.
The main duties of this role include:
- Supporting the Marketing Activations Manager with planning, development, execution, and reporting for all marketing activities,
- Assisting with the promotion of new and under-performing TOMRA return points, including local area activations & campaigns, marketing signage, local awareness and trial driving activities and all related consumer communications,
- Assisting with the development and execution of the marketing calendar, in alignment with key objectives
- Coordinating of design, artwork, print and installation of site signage,
- Maintaining on-going relationships with external agencies and key external stakeholders,
- Liaising with TOMRA internal teams to ensure marketing compliance and identify promotion and partnership opportunities,
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance and approvals with scheme coordinator,
- Assisting with production, management and execution of social marketing activities for our depots in NSW
What makes a great Marketing Coordinator at TOMRA:
- Minimum 2 years relevant marketing experience in consumer B2C marketing
- Experience in marketing campaign coordination and execution
- Experience in local promotion channels and techniques
- Experience in executing social media strategy and posts
- Strong evaluation and reporting skills
- A genuine, unmistakable passion for the environment and sustainability
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and manage constantly changing priorities on a daily basis.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A positive and collaborative team player
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (marketing or communications)
