We are seeking a passionate and solutions-focused Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of TMX’s global marketing objectives, ensuring that all touchpoints are in
line with our brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist in the development of marketing objectives & strategies
- Manage and uploading new content onto TMX Transform website
- Maintenance of TMX Intranet
- Manage TMX Merchandise
- Support in the preparation of internal communications
- Develop, manage, review and seek approval of case studies
- Manage company LinkedIn, including posting and assisting in content creation
- Support with end-to-end delivery of marketing activities, such as:
- EDM campaigns
- SEO, SEM or digital marketing campaigns
- Social media content updates
- Special projects – webinars, podcasts, client events
- Administration support such as:
- Preparation of presentations, reports and documents in accordance with TMX standards
- Ensuring files are saved in the appropriate location
- Processing of relevant invoices
- Ad-hoc support of industry activities, such as:
- Relations with key industry associations
- Sponsorship of events and conferences (i.e PCA)
- Awards submissions
- Engage with TMX staff across all departments to produce high quality marketing and communications collateral
- Attend all relevant marketing meetings
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors in relevant degree (marketing, communications, commerce) preferred
- 2 years+ industry experience
- Experienced using Canva (Adobe InDesign a bonus!)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Hubspot or Salesforce) and other marketing systems such as email platforms, CMS tools, or analytics dashboards
- Certifications in digital marketing tools or platforms - such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or basic SEO/SEM training are highly desired.
