Job Description:

dentsu is a network designed for what’s next, helping clients predict and plan for disruptive future opportunities and create new paths to growth in a sustainable economy. As a unified organisation, dentsu brings together deep expertise across media, creative and customer experience to deliver integrated solutions that drive meaningful progress for clients and society.

We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Marketing Executive with our awesome team in Sydney.

The role:

As a Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of marketing activity across Australia and New Zealand, partnering closely with the Brand & Marketing Lead to bring campaigns, content, social, events and award initiatives to life. This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of marketing disciplines, working across media, creative, content and events in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on autonomy, and is looking to build a well-rounded marketing career.

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through to delivery.

  • Manage and create social and content initiatives across key channels, including thought leadership, case studies, newsletters and brand communications.

  • Coordinate and deliver internal and external events, including industry conferences, trade events, sponsorships and client activations.

  • Support award submissions and recognition programs by gathering case study content, managing deadlines and preparing entries.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, creative teams, media specialists and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

A bit about you:

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in an integrated marketing role, or an agency Account Manager looking to pivot in-house.

  • Experience in social media, content creation, campaigns and events, with production experience preferred.

  • Comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly as business needs evolve.

  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to take ownership and get things done, with a collaborative and considered communication style.

  • Exposure to or understanding of how both media and creative agencies operate is highly desirable.

What’s in it for you:

  • Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ‘Be the Best You’ policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set up.

  • The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change.

  • 5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way.

  • Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University.

Become a champion for meaningful progress:

Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so. For us, this is the foundation for great innovation which, in turn, generates better outcomes for our people, partners and communities. This is why we encourage applications from people with disabilities, and of all ages, nationalities, backgrounds and cultures.

If you want to belong to a one global network where opportunities are limitless – we look forward to welcoming you.
