Job Description

Ready to help shape unforgettable travel experiences and bring new products to market?

We're looking for a commercially minded Product Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team on a 12-month parental leave contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work across one of Australia's most diverse tourism portfolios, helping bring new products, experiences, developments and business initiatives to life.

From accommodation launches and guest experiences to membership campaigns and property projects, you'll partner with teams across the business to develop and deliver marketing initiatives that drive awareness, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.  As a key marketing partner, you'll work across a broad range of projects and initiatives, acting as the central marketing contact for product launches, operational projects and business priorities.

You'll collaborate closely with Content, Creative, Digital and Revenue teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to market while ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and on time.

What you will do:

  • Supporting the launch and promotion of new products, experiences and property developments.
  • Coordinating marketing activity across multiple business initiatives and stakeholder groups.
  • Building strong relationships with operational, commercial and marketing teams.
  • Working with Content, Creative and Social teams to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Supporting membership acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Managing project timelines and coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and commercial performance.

You'll be a confident and well-rounded marketer who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in marketing, product marketing, campaign coordination or a related discipline.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to support multiple business initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to influence and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A passion for travel, tourism, hospitality or customer experience.
