Meet the ANZ Marketing team 

Our ANZ Marketing team are passionate product advocates who help legal professionals understand what’s possible with LEAP at their side. We’re reimagining how value is delivered to the legal community, which means reshaping how we drive LEAP’s brand awareness, recognition, and AI product adoption across the region. 

You’ll collaborate with a global network of marketers and report to the ANZ Marketing Manager to help drive visibility, engagement, and growth for our industry-leading legal productivity software. 

What you'll do

Are you a collaborative marketing leader who enjoys bringing people, ideas and plans together? We’re looking for a brand new marketing generalist to lead our ANZ team, providing direction, support and clarity while driving integrated marketing activity aligned to business goals. 

To make this happen, you will look after: 

  • People Leadership: Manage, mentor, and empower a team of 5 marketers across AU & NZ, focusing on their goals, performance, and growth.  
  • Strategic Execution: Translate AU & NZ business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps across digital, content, and field marketing.  
  • Digital Campaign and Content Management: Oversee the delivery of multi-channel digital campaigns, using performance data and insights to evaluate content and improve results.  
  • Sales and Product Alignment: Work with Sales and Product teams to support feature adoption and generate a consistent pipeline of leads.  
  • Events: Manage the regional event schedule, ensuring customer and partner events effectively support client relationships.  
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary link between the ANZ marketing team and regional executive leadership. 

What you'll bring

You're an experienced marketing generalist with a digital focus who understands leveraging the full marketing mix of both brand and digital channels to achieve different goals. On top of this you'll have:  

  • Experience working in a senior or team management role, ideally in SaaS, legal, or you've marketed to the professional services industry  
  • You have the ability to craft compelling, on-brand campaigns that resonates with audiences and drives engagement. Communicating complex concepts effectively comes naturally to you 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams internally and externally with vision, clarity and collaboration  
  • Hands-on experience across multiple digital channels  
  • Ability to use and translate data to pinpoint where target customers are 
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Executives, Sales, Customer Success and Product

  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail: This is a multi-faceted role, so it’s imperative you organise your time effectively, work out what to prioritise, and ensure high quality output in any external marketing materials.  
  • Is a collaborative leader: You support the best idea, not your idea. You're always happy to get your hands dirty to help your team. You’re reliable, honest, and transparent. 
  • Is entrepreneurial: You are willing to roll your sleeves up, spot opportunities and try new things (even when they don’t always work out). 
  • Can present ideas in a compelling way that capture attention and obtain buy-in from a range of stakeholders.
