Job Responsibilities :- Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies across key areas: channel marketing, new product introduction (NPI), and brand building.
- Own end-to-end NPI marketing plans, from go-to-market strategy to sustained campaigns that drive sales, market share, and brand relevance.
- Collaborate closely with regional HQ and global teams to localize and/or create compelling campaign assets tailored to the Australian market.
- Manage local agency relationships — including onboarding, performance reviews, and renewals — to ensure timely and high-quality execution of quarterly plans.
- Analyze campaign results and market trends to optimize future marketing strategies and support data-driven decision-making.
- Champion brand alignment across all consumer touchpoints, including retail, digital, social, and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
- 8–10 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in gaming, tech, or consumer electronics industries.
- Proven success in driving integrated marketing strategies and product launches within fast-paced, competitive environments.
- Deep understanding of the gaming community, consumer behavior, and esports culture.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across regional and global teams.
- Familiar with digital and social trends, channel dynamics, and media optimization strategies.
- Comfortable working with marketing technology tools, including AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) for content ideation and productivity.
- Bonus: Working with esports events and teams
- Bonus: Working knowledge of Photoshop or basic design principles.
