Marketing Manager - Neurovascular

Shape the future of Neurovascular care across an entire portfolio. In this high-impact marketing leadership role, you will drive franchise strategy, lead major product launches, and partner closely with commercial leaders to accelerate growth across Australia and New Zealand. With five planned product launches through to 2028, this is an exciting opportunity to influence market expansion, customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and long-term portfolio success in one of MedTech's most innovative specialties.

Working alongside the Director, Neurovascular, you will act as a strategic partner and thought leader, translating market insights into winning commercial strategies and ensuring flawless execution across the franchise.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute the Neurovascular portfolio strategy using market insights, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and business performance data.
  • Lead the planning and execution of five major product launches through 2028, including go-to-market strategies, positioning, demand generation, and launch readiness activities.
  • Identify portfolio growth opportunities and prioritise initiatives that increase market share, customer adoption, and commercial performance.
  • Partner with the Director, Neurovascular to shape franchise strategy, evaluate market trends, and drive long-term business growth.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and promotional programs, measuring effectiveness against commercial objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Equip the sales team with product training, launch materials, selling tools, and incentive programs that support successful customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, clinical, and supply chain teams to ensure forecasting, inventory planning, and commercial execution align with business objectives.
  • Serve as the Neurovascular marketing subject matter expert, providing technical product support, sharing market intelligence, and influencing key business decisions across the franchise.
What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of product management or marketing experience within a medical technology, healthcare, life sciences, or technology-focused industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects, product launches, or commercial programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Biomedical Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing and executing portfolio, product, or franchise marketing strategies.
  • Experience analysing market, customer, and commercial data to support business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or formal marketing qualification.
  • Experience within the medical device, hospital, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
  • Experience supporting new product introductions and commercial launch planning.
  • Knowledge of neurovascular, interventional, or clinical specialty markets.
