About the Role:

LiveRampers thrive on collaborating with curiosity and humility—and have a good bit of fun along the way. At LiveRamp APAC, you aren’t just filling a role; you’re helping define how the world’s most powerful data collaboration network scales in a high-growth region. You’ll join a team that values humility, curiosity, collaboration and rapid execution, where you have the autonomy to flourish.

We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to be responsible for planning, activating and optimising across all marketing functions, primarily focusing on Australia, with broader APAC requirements from time to time. This role will report to the Head of International Marketing, with a dotted line to the Managing Director APAC, and will work in close collaboration with the APAC Commercial team.

Our existing client set includes some of the region’s most well known brands, and we are well positioned to help them achieve their customer marketing ambitions through a mix of customer, data and technology strategies. We are on a strong growth trajectory, with ambitions to work with more brands, agencies and publishers in Australia and the wider APAC region, who we believe can benefit from the world’s leading data collaboration partner.

  • Marketing Strategy, Execution & Reporting

    • In conjunction with the Head of International Marketing, develop a complete annual Marketing plan for the region.

    • Drive measurable growth by designing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that capture market attention and nurture leads across the entire customer lifecycle and marketing mix (website, online advertising, email, social media, PR, in-person events, webinars, etc). Align Marketing with Sales teams to ensure campaigns are synchronised with Sales strategies and goals, track and manage lead flow, and optimise conversion rates at each stage of marketing and sales engagement.

    • Translate campaign performance into strategic insights that shape local and international leadership decisions, communicating how marketing programmes impact revenue, reporting results to local leadership and the International Marketing team.

  • Thought Leadership & Event Management

    • Analyse opportunities and provide recommendations for industry-led collaborations across content and event activations. Subsequently manage the delivery of agreed initiatives, aligned with local requirements and expected outcomes.

    • Manage the event logistics for any “RampUp” or other in-house events within your region including sourcing venues and managing suppliers, agreeing content/agenda with local and senior leadership, working with the APAC Commercial team to secure speakers and drive registrations, and managing all pre and post communications.

  • Commercial Support

    • Understand local Commercial needs and work with the International Marketing team to develop or localise collateral as required. Manage the consistency of localised materials and messaging across channels, aligning with the International Marketing team where appropriate, and sharing Best Practices.

    • Work with the local Commercial team to uncover customer success stories, bringing these to life through a variety of formats, and amplify across channels.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, and a passion for understanding a brands’ customer strategy and the opportunity that data collaboration enables for personalised customer experiences at scale across all touchpoints. An excitement for results-driven approaches will make you successful in this role.

  • A proven background in B2B marketing within SaaS, media, or data analytics

  • Track record in driving initiatives through to successful execution, and reporting on results

  • Proven experience managing priorities and working closely with internal stakeholders; experience in a global business a bonus

  • Proven experience running demand generation programmes that deliver high quality leads

  • Familiar with CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce

  • Exceptional project management and organisation skills, strong attention to detail

  • Accountable and takes ownership to get the job done

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Aligned with the LiveRamp values
