Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services, is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager for our Nalco Water division, specialising in the Heavy Industrial and Mining sectors. About the role:

As a Marketing Manager for Nalco Water’s Heavy and Mining division, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the strategic marketing plans that drive our value propositions, solutions, and market positioning. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and communications, you will help shape our market presence and support customers in achieving their operational goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business goals for the Heavy & Mining sectors.

  • Market Analysis & Positioning: Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position our solutions at the forefront in the field.

  • Product & Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market strategies to support business growth and customer engagement.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and customer success teams to identify new opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships.

  • Sustainability Focus: Integrate sustainable practices and solutions into marketing strategies, showcasing Ecolab’s commitment to environmental stewardship.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and driving impact in the heavy and mining sectors.
