What does a successful Marketing Manager do at Fiserv?

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Marketer to lead the demand generation and conversion strategies for Clover - our cloud-based point-of-sale and business management platform. This role is pivotal in driving market traction and facilitating successful product launches in Australia.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to Australia.
  • Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Leverage market research, customer insights and data analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to co-develop and execute joint marketing initiatives that drive awareness, lead generation, and sales

What You Will Need To Have:

  • 8 years of overall professional experience, of which a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in B2B/B2C digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation and conversion optimization.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian market landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Experience in the Fintech and/or SaaS industry; Financial Services, Payments, POS systems
  • Experience working with and managing digital agencies.
  • Extensive experience using Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ad Tools, CMS systems, design tools.

What Will Be Great To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in fast-paced start-up environments and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Strong digital marketing content development skills, video, banner ads, etc.
  • Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and constantly seeking to experiment with new approaches, tools, and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
