What you'll do

LawY’s customer base is growing, and so is our marketing team. You’ll join as the 2IC to the Head of Marketing. This is a hands on generalist role in a scale-up so one day you might be helping with event merchandise and testimonials, and the next it will be email marketing campaigns and running webinars! You’ll do all of this in an autonomous, tight knit team with zero egos alongside people who genuinely care about the impact on the global legal landscape. 

To make this happen, you will:

  • Strategise, execute, optimise, and amplify digital marketing campaigns to drive business objectives 
  • Champion a clear brand voice through defining messaging, crafting compelling copy, and advocating for consistency across internal teams and external integration partners 
  • Manage relationships with a range of integration partners, including coordinating co-marketing campaigns across a variety of channels 
  • Plan end-to-end marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and corporate events 
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and engagement 
  • Launch content marketing campaigns to drive greater brand awareness and product education. This includes writing copy, designing static images, and editing short-form videos 
  • Monitor trends across campaign performance and competitor landscape, in order to produce insights that shape campaign direction and product evolution 
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing and support tasks across the team

What you'll bring

You have 5-7 years experience in B2B marketing roles, and you’re hungry to join a scale-up at a pivotal time where you’ll help deliver results that matter. On top of this you have: 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • Experience with Mailchimp (or equivalent tools), Webflow (or equivalent tools), and Google Analytics (or equivalent) 
  • Experience working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously 
  • A strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and events 

Consider it a bonus if you have: 

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Premier Pro 
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS
