The role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Sydney team – someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You'll own the funnel – writing copy that converts, building automated flows, A/B testing relentlessly, running ads until they perform, and using AI to work smarter and harder.. If you can build a landing page without asking a dev and have hacked growth at a startup before, you'll thrive here.

This role suits someone who moves fast, dives in, and doesn't wait for permission. If you see a new tool launch and immediately sign up to test it, you'll fit right in. Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you'll have creative freedom to experiment with a team that believes the best marketing hasn't been invented yet.

What you’ll do

  • Own funnel optimisation end-to-end – from copy that converts to automated flows, A/B testing, and Meta ads performance
  • Build and execute email nurture and social campaigns that expand our audience and convert interest into opportunities
  • Produce content yourself, from social posts to video edits to email campaigns, to test what resonates and iterate fast
  • Manage website updates and optimisation to improve engagement and conversion
  • Use AI tools and analytics to inform content development, campaign optimisation, and audience engagement

What you’ll bring

  • 5-8 years owning multi-channel marketing with a track record of driving awareness and growth. If you're earlier in your career but have genuine AI-first chops and examples of what you've built, don't count yourself out.
  • You can teach us something – whether it's a new AI tool we haven't discovered, a creative channel strategy we haven't tried, or a better way to measure what's working.
  • Hands-on curiosity with automation and AI marketing tools – not just awareness, but active experimentation. You use AI daily to create content faster, optimise campaigns, and push creative boundaries. You're not afraid to build landing pages, set up automations, or troubleshoot tracking pixels without waiting for a developer.
  • A maker's mindset – you're energised by building things yourself rather than briefing everything out. Comfortable in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (or similar)
  • Strong project management skills and collaborative approach working with customer-facing teams to surface stories
