What is Blinq?
Blinq is building the fastest, most intuitive way to share who you are and remember who you meet. What started as the world’s #1 digital business card is now the starting point for over 50 million new relationships a year - and growing at unicorn pace.

Our vision is to build the world’s intelligence layer for professional relationships - one that remembers for you, prompts when it matters, and keeps you in play. If that’s the kind of scale and ambition you want to be part of, you’re in the right place.

Why You’ll Love It Here
Rapid growth: Doubling ARR every few months, expanding our product surface, and rapidly building our team across Sydney, San Francisco, Melbourne, and New York.
Well-resourced: $45m+ raised from the likes of Blackbird, Touring Capital, Hubspot Ventures, and Square Peg - we’re continuously investing in the people and tools that fuel our mission.
A rare moment to join: We’re hitting an inflection point - big enough to have momentum, small enough for you to shape the journey.
Customers love it: 140k+ reviews and a 4.9/5 rating on the App Store - people around the world rely on Blinq to make that first interaction count.
We work in person, on purpose: We believe creativity and energy are better face-to-face - so we spend 3 days a week in the office and the rest where you work best.

Growth at Blinq
Our Growth team is where sales, marketing, and growth strategy collide to supercharge Blinq’s reach. We bring our story to life for customers, partners, and the broader market - showing them how a single “card share” can launch a lasting relationship. If you’re passionate about connecting big ideas to the people who need them most, this is your place to shine.

Role & Impact
Blinq is in the build phase — real traction, real customers, and plenty to figure out. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to be hands-on, solve problems, and turn fast product momentum into scalable demand.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who likes testing, learning, and iterating. You’ll work close to customers, data, and delivery — launching campaigns, spotting what works, fixing what doesn’t, and building repeatable growth.

You’ll partner closely with product, brand, and design to bring launches to life, open new channels, and help shape how Blinq scales.

What You'll Do

  • Run launches and campaigns end to end - from brief to live - so what we ship actually gets seen and used
  • Keep our always on growth engine moving across social, email, web, paid, and partners
  • Turn complex product into simple, sticky stories that people want to share
  • Help plan and run events, then turn every interaction into contacts, context, and real pipeline
  • Experiment with creator, affiliate, and ambassador style programs that feel natural to our brand
  • Drive adoption for new AI features spanning both B2C and B2B
  • Support integration and partner marketing with CRMs and event platforms, from joint campaigns to landing pages
  • Keep our tools, data, and automation tidy so we can move fast without breaking things
  • Use experiments and data to decide what to double down on and what to kill

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years in a marketing or growth role at a startup or high velocity team
  • A zero to one mindset: you would rather build the new playbook than maintain someone else’s
  • Exceptional writing skills and a storyteller’s instinct for what will resonate and spread
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to turn a loose idea into scroll stopping execution
  • Deep comfort building in public, testing in the wild, and learning fast without ego
  • High taste level: you know when something is off and you will keep polishing until it feels right
  • Curiosity that runs hot: you are always collecting ideas, references, and cultural edges to feed the work

What You Get
We hold a high bar and move with intent. You’ll get the clarity, trust, and ownership to meet it - and a team that pushes to do the best work of our lives. We back that with:
Equity & ownership: We’re building something massive, and we want you to share in the upside. Genuinely.
Competitive salary & growth path: As Blinq grows, your role and compensation grow with it - no glass ceilings here.
Generous paid time off: At least 20 days fully disconnect each year, with a flexible policy beyond that.
Parental leave that grows with you: 12 to 26 weeks full pay, based on tenure.
Free food: Enjoy daily breakfast and lunch at some of our offices, plus an always-stocked snack bar.

What you need to know about the Sydney Tech Scene

From opera to comedy shows, the Sydney Opera House hosts more than 1,600 performances a year, yet its entertainment sector isn't the only one taking center stage. The city's tech sector has earned a reputation as one of the fastest-growing in the region. More specifically, its IT sector stands out as the country's third-largest, growing at twice the rate of overall employment in the past decade as businesses continue to digitize their operations to stay competitive.
