Job Description

As our Marketing Operations & Communications Specialist, you'll sit at the centre of the JAS business, coordinating key initiatives while ensuring activity is planned, executed, measured and communicated effectively.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Commercial and Operations teams to manage campaigns, product launches, promotions and business reporting, helping turn data into actionable insights that drive better commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the JAS marketing and activity calendar
  • Coordinate campaigns, promotions, product launches and customer communications
  • Track delivery, milestones and business outcomes
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards and performance reporting
  • Analyse campaign, category and sales performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Prepare leadership updates and business communications
  • Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product and Operations teams

Qualifications

You'll bring:

  • Experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, commercial support or similar roles
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience using data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach
