About the Opportunity 

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is a hands-on digital marketing support role focused on platform administration, marketing automation, and continuous improvement of digital tools and processes.  

 

This role reports to the Digital Manager and sits within the in-house creative studio, working alongside Digital Specialists, Designers and Content Creators. 

 

The role will also work closely with the wider marketing and consumer experience teams to support HammondCare’s goal of shaping the sector and improving quality of life for people in need. 

 

This is a permanent position based at St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities. 

What you will be doing 

  • Support the day-to-day administration of HubSpot and other digital marketing platforms, helping create tools and processes that enable marketing and business stakeholders to achieve better outcomes and to find and engage with the right people 

  • Support the planning, setup, testing and optimisation of marketing automation workflows, including nurture journeys and audience segments, to help engage prospective clients, patients, residents and supporters 

  • Get to know our digital marketing platforms including HubSpot, researching and helping to implement custom setups, new features, and other ways to push the boundaries on what our tools can do 

  • Help to create dashboards, custom tags and other tools to monitor digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness

About you 

  • Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action 

  • Tertiary qualified, ideally with a major in Marketing or Communications Studies 

  • 1+ years’ experience in a marketing role, or relevant internship/project work 

  • Experience working with an object-centric CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce (desirable), or a willingness to learn 

  • An interest in using AI and automation tools to improve productivity, streamline repetitive processes and support better digital marketing outcomes 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • An empathetic and compassionate person who has a heart for Australians in need 

  • Energetic, proactive and a collaborative team player
